Just a few comments on this momentous occasion:
1) Thank you, Ohio, for not causing major problems this year. I appreciate your new-found liberal leanings.
2) North Carolina, you have surprised me yet again. When we moved here, we were afraid that you would be a wash for the Republican party and that our votes wouldn't really matter in the long run. You have showed us that perhaps you aren't as conservative as we once thought! Now we'll just wait to see exactly what shade of purple you have become.
3) Barack Obama is the next President of the United States of America!
