Normally, I am not much of an eggs benedict fan, but I was feeling adventurous at brunch yesterday and ordered crab cake eggs benedict. OH. MY. GOSH. SO. GOOD! (Note, this is not a picture of my actual plate, but I felt like this post couldn't go without a visual.)
If you have the chance, take the risk and try it. You won't regret it!
I can't even imagine what this would be like with fresh-caught crab... I may be drooling a little just thinking about it!
